- What is Skillsnacks?
Skillsnacks is a learning platform designed specifically for Retail. With over 5 hours of content for sales reps and retail leaders, there is something for everyone to learn.
- What is microlearning?
Microlearning is relatively small learning units and short-term learning activities. We love this approach so much we've branded our microlearning 'modules' snacks. Each snack consists of a 2-5 minute video and a coaching activity.
- How much does this cost?
Our pricing is simple, $14/month for individuals and $199/month for companies of up to 200 learners. Pricing is in NZD and excludes GST. Let us know if you find a better price, and we'll see what we can do.
- Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, of course. If we aren't doing enough to keep you engaged with our product then yes, you can cancel. If you decide within the first month that Skillsnacks is not for you, we'll also give you your money back.
- How do I close my account?
Saying goodbye is never fun! And while we'll be sorry to see you go, we don't want to make this any harder on you than necessary. To close your account go into Settings, then Billing Overview and click on the Say Goodbye button.
- How many learners can I add?
We're changing things up, from 2020 you can now add up to 50 users on the standard business plan. Fifty users for only $199/month - some people have called us crazy.
